FISCAL YEAR 2027 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM   Town Manager’s recommended Five Year Capital Improvement Program and proposed funding of programs for FY27.   Copies of FY 2027 Budget and Capital Improvement Program will be available for inspection at the Southbridge Town Hall Town Manager’s office 41 Elm Street, Southbridge, MA 0155, beginning on May 7, 2026, during Town Hall Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.
