UPDATED PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF POINT PLEASANT BEACH TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72 , beginning March 1, 2026, the complete text of each legal notice of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, County of Ocean, including the Governing Body, Boards, Commissions and the like, may be obtained or viewed by the public on the Borough’s official Internet Website, https://www.pointpleasantbeach.gov (changed from https://www.pointpleasantbeach.org, effective April 1, 2026) / via the “Public Notices” button or the “Government” menu on the homepage, or directly via the URL: https://www.pointpleasantbeach.gov/302/Public-Notices. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that P.L. 2025, c. 72 required the Secretary of State (SoS) to create a statewide legal notice webpage and for municipalities to submit their public notice webpages to the SoS and include the link to the SoS’s webpage in their bi-monthly notices.
