BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy an WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 3rd day of June, 2026 the following property to-wit :
TRACT 1
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, containing 2.00 acres, more or less, together with all buildings and improvements thereon located, all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Section 126, T4N-R3W, RAPIDES Parish, Louisiana, and being more fully described as follows, to-wit:
From the NW corner of Section 55, T5N-R3W, run S 59 degrees 11 minutes E a distance of 961.55 feet; thence turn right and run S 25 degrees 53 minutes W a distance of 11,256.04 feet to the N right of way line of Highway 121, said point marking the Point of Beginning and lying on the N right of way line of Louisiana Highway 121; from the Point of Beginning thus established, run N 25 degrees 53 minutes E 450.68 feet to a point and corner marked by a 1/2" iron rod; thence turn to the left and run N.65 degrees 18 minutes W the distance of 193.43 feet to a point and corner marked by a 1/2" iron rod' thence turn to the left and run S 25 degrees 53 minutes W 450.68 feet a point on the N right of way line of Louisiana Highway 121, marked by a 3/4" iron rod; thence turn to the left and run S 65 degrees 18 minutes W along the Northern right of way line of Louisiana Highway 121, the distance of 193.44 feet back to the Point of Beginning; all is more fully shown on Certificate of Survey by Frank L. Willis, dated November 20, 1986, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TRACT 2
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, containing 3.00 acres, more or less, together with all buildings and improvements thereon located, all rights, ways and privilegse thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Section 126, T4N-R3W, RAPIDES Parish, Louisiana, and being more fully described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the corner common to Sections 54, 55 and 56 of T5N-R3W, said point being marked by a 1" iron shaft; thence run S 59 degrees 14 minutes 34 seconds E a distance of 960.26 feet to a found 1/2" iron rod; thence run S 25 degrees 53 minutes 24 seconds W a distance of 10,128.85 feet to a set 1/2" iron rod, said point being the Point of Beginning; from the Point of Beginning thus established, continute S 25 degrees 53 minutes 24 seconds W the distance of 675.73 feet to a found 1/2". iron rod; thence turn to the right and run N 65 degrees 20 minutes 23 seconds W the distance of 193.44 feet to a found 1/2" iron rod; thence turn to the right and run N 25 degrees 53 minutes 27 seconds E the distance of 675.73 feet to a set 1/2" iron rod; thence turn right and run S 65 degrees 20 minutes 23 seconds E a distance of 193.43 feet back to the Point of Beginning; all is more fully shown on Certificate of Survey by Matthew E. Phillips, dated March 18, 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
