Moore to Rockland Trust Company recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 20618, Page 30, the undersigned Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee of Upland Mortgage Loan Trust A being the present holder of said mortgage by Assignment of Mortgage from Rockland Trust Company to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. dated December 27, 2005 and recorded in Book 20618, Page 46, Assignment of Mortgage from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. to GMAC Mortgage, LLC dated July 25, 2012 and recorded in Book 26545, Page 203, Assignment of Mortgage from GMAC Mortgage, LLC to Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC dated June 20, 2013 and recorded in Book 27507, Page 24, Assignment of Mortgage from Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC to Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. dated September 2, 2015 and recorded in Book 29143, Page 289, Assignment of Mortgage from Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. to Ditech Financial LLC dated June 27, 2016 and recorded in Book 29909, Page 33, and Assignment of Mortgage from Ditech Financial LLC to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as Trustee of Upland Mortgage Loan Trust A dated March 15, 2017 and recorded in Book 30589, Page 166, for breach of the conditions of said Mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at:

upon the hereinafter-described premises, known as and numbered as 315 Winslow Gray Road, West Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, all and singularly the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:

Shown as Lot 179 on plan of land entitled "Swan Lake Shores West Yarmouth, Massachusetts" and further labeled Plan Showing Swan Lake Shores West Yarmouth, Mass. For Swan Lake Shore Trust Donald T. Fenton, Trustee Noyes and Bond Engineers Hyannis, Mass. Scale 1"=100' December 1926 and recorded with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 20, Page 15.

The above-described premises shall be subject to all easements, restrictions, municipal or other public taxes, assessments, liens or claims in the nature of liens, outstanding tax titles, building, zoning and other land use laws and all permits and approvals issued pursuant thereto, including, without limitation, orders of conditions, and existing encumbrances of record created prior to said Mortgage, if there be any. Said premises are to be sold subject to the right of redemption of the United States of America, if any there be.
TERMS OF SALE: The highest bidder shall be required to make a deposit of $10,000.00 to the holder of said Mortgage, in cash or by certified or bank cashier's check at the time and place of said sale of said premises.
