NOTICE: is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 285-48(B) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Greenburgh, a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, on an application of CARMEN JARAMA, for property located at 22 Beech Street, (P.O. White Plains, NY 10603). Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-16.2B(3)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum impervious surface coverage from 43.75% (permitted); 91.5% (existing); to 73.6% (proposed); and from Section 285-42C(1) to alter or enlarge a nonconforming building, structure or use in such manner as to increase such noncoformance by adding a bay window into a non-conforming 9.5 ft side yard (proposed) where 10 ft is required. The property is located in the R-5/LMF - One Family/Limited Multifamily Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as parcel ID: 7.410-225-10.
The meeting will take place in the Town Hall auditorium and also online via Zoom.
