REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Gibbsboro for Construction Management and Inspection Services for the “The Phase 6 Bikeway and Streetscape Improvements along Lakeview Drive (C.R. 561) [N.J.D.O.T. Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside, FY2023 – KEI No. 24-417GB, N.J.D.O.T. Job No. 5813302 and Federal Project No. 0561308] in the Borough of Gibbsboro, Camden County, New Jersey” and must be received at the Gibbsboro Borough Municipal Building, 49 Kirkwood Road, Gibbsboro, New Jersey no later than 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026.   Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27), Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and all other applicable Federal, County, State and Municipal laws, rules and regulations.   Requests for Proposals have been filed in said Engineer's office at 80 South White Horse Pike, Berlin, New Jersey. Copies of Requests for Proposals will be furnished on application to the Engineer. All proposers are responsible for obtaining complete documentation from the address listed above. The Municipality shall not be contacted regarding project inquiries.   Requests for Proposals in the manner designated therein and required by the Requests for Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the Proposer and the name of the proposed work on the outside, addressed to Ms. Amy C. Troxel, R.M.C., R.C., Q.P.A., Gibbsboro Borough Municipal Building, 49 Kirkwood Road, Gibbsboro, New Jersey 08026 and must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026.
