Pursuant to Article IX of the PA Municipalities Planning Code and the Texas Township Zoning Ordinance (the “Ordinance”), notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Texas Township Municipal Building, 506 Old Willow Ave., Honesdale, PA 18431 at which time the Board of Supervisors will consider the Application for Conditional Use.
