NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Perry C. Worrell and Beth B. Worrell, Husband and Wife, and Samantha W. Shoup, a Married Woman, and Nancy P. Bush, a Widowed woman, to BankTrust, on November 14, 2006, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama, on November 21, 2006 at RLPY Book 2006, at Page 11273, as Document Number 226596; WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was subsequently modified on May 16, 2025, and said modification being recorded on June 18, 2025 at REAL PROPERTY Book 2025, at Page 4322, as Document Number 670607. Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, the current holder, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Autauga County Courthouse, in Prattville, Alabama, on June 2, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Autauga County, Alabama, to-wit:
