Minutes of a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1, held April 29, 2026 at the 2nd Floor Council Meeting Room, Government Tower, 8026 Main Street, Houma Louisiana. The meeting was called to order at 5:55 P.M., pursuant to proper notice in writing to each Board Member and posted in the manner required by law. Upon roll call, Commissioners recorded as present were Teri Chatagnier, Dwayne Hornsby, Kenneth Ellender, Charles Brown, Wilbert Thomas, Craig Luke, Patrick Marcel, Troy Welch and David Gaudet. With no absences, a quorum was declared present. The Board attended the TPCG Council Meeting and received a Proclamation for Drinking Water Week, May 3-9, 2026. At 6:30 P.M, the meeting adjourned.
