Town of Orchid Notice of Special Meeting The Town Council of the Town of Orchid will hold a special meeting on Monday, May 18, 2026, starting at 9 a.m. or shortly thereafter, at Orchid Town Hall, 9301 Highway A1A, Suite 201, Vero Beach, FL 32963, to discuss staffing at Town Hall and the Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP). The agenda will be posted online at www.townoforchid.com. Copies and supporting documents are available at Town of Orchid's Town Hall on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (daily closure at noon for half an hour). All interested parties may participate in the meeting. Persons who wish to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at the meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. Pursuant to the Charter, one or more Councilmembers may attend this meeting by teleconference.
