Bids must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Phoenix Local Time) on June 2nd, 2026 and must be submitted online through OpenGov, only. Bids will only be accepted online in a pdf format. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Teams Meeting, May 14th, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
