Separate, sealed proposals for each of the requirements set forth below will be received by Richard Bryant, Business Manager, at the Loveland City School District Board Office, 757 South Bryan Road, Loveland, Ohio 45140 until 10:00 A.M. - LOCAL TIME, June 1st, 2026. Said work consisting of all labor, material, and services necessary for: Loveland High School Parking Lot Additions.
Sealed bids will be received for the General Construction Contract. The probable contract cost for the base bid construction contract is $ 200,000. Bids shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents.

Each proposal shall contain the name of every person interested therein. Each proposal shall meet the regulations of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including add alternates) or a certified check, cashier’s check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount (including add alternates), in accordance with the
Instructions to Bidders.
No bids may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the bid opening. The Loveland City School District Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such review as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid for the Project.
