Charlton Planning Board
In accordance with Sections 200-7.1 and 200-7.2 of Charlton’s Zoning By-Law, the Charlton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:35 p.m. in the Planning Board Office in the Charlton Municipal Office Building, 37 Main Street, Charlton, Mass. on the site plan application of Jesse & Jesse Properties, LLC 420 Hamilton Street, Worcester Mass. 01604 requesting site plan approval to remove the mini-golf structures, and construct a prefabricated 7200 square foot metal building with 7 (seven) rental bays for proposed commercial rental and relocation of the existing golf course office building on property located at 360 Worcester Road (Route 20) (Assessors Map 40, Block B, Parcel 24). Said property is zoned Community Business (CB).
Copies of the site plan application are available for inspection at the Planning Board Office and Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
