Notice Of Public Hearing Charlton Planning Board   In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 41, Section 81-T, and Charlton’s Zoning By-Laws, the Charlton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Charlton Municipal Office Building, 37 Main Street, Charlton, Mass. regarding the application of CR Hansen Construction, LLC, 202 Berlin Road, Marlboro, MA 01752 for approval of subdivision plan application entitled Beach Middle Road. The application proposes to make roadway improvements to a private road to access a single-family house lot.(Map 1A-F-1) Zoned Agricultural (A)   Copies of the proposed subdivision plan and application materials are available for inspection at the Planning Board Office and Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
