NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held in the Town Hall, Conference Room B, Room 301, Third Floor, 10 Pearl Street, on May 21, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. on the petition of Affordable Residence, LLC represented by Gerlynne Limontas, Case #4349, for a Special Permit under the Town of Stoughton Zoning By-Law of November 18, 2015, as amended, Use Regulations, F. Accessory Uses, Item #23, Short Term Rental Units (See Section 7.5) to allow an existing multi-family dwelling to convert 2 units into a Short Term Rental Units located at 4-6 Summer Avenue, (Further identified on Assessors Map 54 Lot 63) in a RU Zone in said Stoughton.
Any person desiring to receive further notice concerning this petition as provided by the General Rules of the Zoning Board of Appeal should file a written request containing his/her name and address with the Board.
