APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.95084 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 6th day of March 2026 Ambrose Revocable Trust of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.0498 c.f.s., 8.00 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 20623, Certificate 5954. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within Lot 2 of Section 2, T18N, R19E, MDB&M, or at the following GPS Coordinates in WGS84: (39.45913° N, 119.81719° W) (approx. 4.5 miles S of downtown Reno, NV). Water will be used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 11, T18N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 11 bears N 40 degrees 23 minutes E, a distance of 976.7 feet.
