NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PUBLICATION AND SERVICE ON PROPERTY OWNERS PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MILLBURN ESSEX COUNTY, N.J. Take notice that the Planning Board of the Township of Millburn will conduct a public hearing on the application which is now App. #26-005 on the Secretary's calendar at Millburn Board of Education, Education Center Building, 434 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, N.J. at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be called on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, which hearing will be continued on such dates thereafter as may be necessary in the judgment of the Planning Board to complete the hearings and deliberations on an application for development by Canoe Brook Country Club, regarding an application for the revitalization of the pool amenity area, including the modification and expansion of the pool and patio layout, the removal and replacement of the pool equipment building and the re-grading of the area with the installation of retaining walls and fencing at the property known as 1108 Morris Turnpike, Lot 1 Block 5304 on the Tax Map of Millburn Township in the Conservation - Recreation (C) Zone. The applicant requests classification of the site plan; minor site plan approval and waivers from certain site plan checklist requirements together with all other relief in the form of variances, interpretations, waivers or exceptions in the strict application of the provisions of the Development Regulations and Zoning Ordinance, and other relief, which may arise during the course of the hearings in this application, necessary to realize the development as set forth more specifically in the application for development on file or as may be amended and available for inspection in connection herewith. All maps and documents for which approval is sought are available for public inspection at the office of the Secretary of the Planning Board at the temporary Town Hall, 22 E. Willow Street, Millburn, daily during the business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
