TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF CLIFFORD N. MELDRUM, DECEASED
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed an action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof to foreclose a mortgage on real property located at 400 Griffin Street, Unit 1102, Santa Fe, NM 87501, said property being more particularly described as:
An undivided 5000/289000 interest in fee simple as tenant in common in and to Unit Number(s) 1102, together with a corresponding undivided interest in the Common Furnishings which are appurtenant to such Unit(s), as well as the recurring (i) exclusive right to reserve use, and occupy an Assigned Unit within Villas de Santa Fe, A Condominium (the "Project"); (ii) exclusive right to use and enjoy the Limited Common Elements and Common Furnishings located within or otherwise appurtenant to such Assigned Unit; and (iii) non-exclusive right to use and enjoy the Common Elements of the Project, for their intended purposes, during (A) in the case of "floating" Timeshare Interests, such Use Periods as shall properly have been reserved in accordance with the provisions of the then current Rules and Regulations promulgated by Villas de Santa Fe Condominium Association, Inc., and (B) in the case of "fixed" Timeshare interests, such Fixed Vacation Week as is specifically set forth below, all pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium for Villas de Santa Fe, A Condominium, duly recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Santa Fe County, New Mexico, in Book 1462, at Pages 195, as amended from time to time (the "Declaration").
