NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 28, 2026, the Planning/Zoning Combined Board of the Borough of Oceanport formally adopted a Resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its April 14, 2026 meeting, granting to Bernard Dowd and Cynthia Thomas Dowd variance approval to permit the construction of a two-story, single-family home and related site improvements, with variances for lot width and lack of frontage on an approved public street, on the premises located in the R-3 Zone and known as Block 105, Lot 4 on the Borough of Oceanport Tax Map, more commonly known as 66 Riverside Avenue, Oceanport, New Jersey.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution is on file in the Office of the Borough Clerk, 315 E. Main Street, Oceanport, New Jersey, and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
