The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Kevin Van Allen of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Twenty-Second day of April, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Livingston, in the City of Geneseo. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by John M. Steiner AKA John Steiner dated the November 24, 2009, to secure the sum of $92,373.05 and recorded at Book 2583, Page 230 in the Office of the Livingston County Clerk on November 19, 2007. The consolidated mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed November 24, 2009 and recorded on May 13, 2010, in the Office of the Livingston County Clerk at Book 2637, Page 553. Plaintiff is also holder of a mortgage dated November 24, 2009 executed by John M. Steiner AKA John Steiner to secure the sum of $5,759.86 and recorded at Book 2637, Page 555 in the Office of the Livingston County Clerk on May 13, 2010. Said mortgage was consolidated with the mortgage referred to at Book 2583, Page 230 by a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement executed by John M. Steiner AKA John Steiner dated November 24, 2009 and recorded May 13, 2010 at Book 2637, Page 565 in the Office of the Livingston County Clerk to form a single lien in the amount of $93,548.00. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by John M. Steiner AKA John Steiner on October 9, 2018 and recorded November 15, 2018 in Book 2736, Page 1436 in the Office of the Livingston County Clerk.
