PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM, in the Township of Hamilton, Township Hall, 6101 Thirteenth Street, Mays Landing, New Jersey 08330, a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Township of Hamilton ("Board") for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval, variances, deviations, and design waivers (Sec. 245-56.C.5(c)(1): number of driveways for parcels with 300 ft. or more of street frontage – 4 driveways minimum, 3 driveways on Proposed Lot 10.18; Sec. 203-141.J: informational sign area – 2 sf. maximum, 3 sf. to 20 sf. signs proposed; Sec. 203-141.J: informational sign height – 12 ft. maximum, 14 ft. to 18 ft. signs proposed) and such other variances, deviations, waivers or relief that may be required upon an analysis of the plans and testimony at the public hearing on the Application submitted by the Applicant, Amazon.com Services LLC, for the property located at 4501 Black Horse Pike, Block 1135.01, Lot 10.01 on the tax map of the Township of Hamilton. The Applicant is proposing to construct a fulfillment distribution center with a building footprint of approximately 1,228,000 sf. with an interior mezzanine of approximately 1,034,000 sf. on Proposed Lot 10.18 measuring approximately 144 acres. Associated proposed site improvements include passenger vehicle parking, trailer parking, lighting, landscaping, and signage with offsite road improvements and roadway dedications to Atlantic County. The property is located in the Atlantic City Race Course Redevelopment Area – Recreational Commercial/Industrial.
