LEGAL NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendants; Eric A. Greene and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse of Eric A. Greene, whose last known place of residence is: 3154 Lincoln Street, Lorain, OH 44052, CSGA LLC, whose last known place of residence is: c/o National Registered Agents Inc. 145 Baker Street, Marion, OH 43302, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Deborah A Greene, deceased, whose identity and address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence. See associated affidavit. Each of you will take notice that Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure on June 11, 2025, in the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas on the property commonly known as 1154 County Road 620, Ashland, OH 44805, being permanent parcel number A01-012-0-0010-01.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment on said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said Mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
