NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Hearing Board of Jackson Township will meet in public session on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Jackson Township Building at 60 North Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA 17067, to hear Case No. C-1-2026, a Petition for Special Exception and a Petition for Variance submitted by Allen Distribution, equitable owner, for the property located at 655 King Street, Jackson Township, Lebanon, PA, Map Number 23-2360376-375812-0000, owned by Anna Haaf Tercha and Kate E.M. Tercha, Trustees of the Trust created under the Last Will and Testament of Charles J. Haaf, deceased. The property is located in both the I - Industrial Zoning District and the A - Agricultural Zoning District. Petitioner seeks a Special Exception to develop approximately 51 acres of the parcel to be used for warehousing. Additionally, Petitioner seeks a variance from the building height restrictions. Specifically, Petitioner is seeking a special exception for the development and operation of a large warehouse to include a railroad spur to connect to the existing railroad along the northern property line and a variance to approve a 49 feet building height instead of the permitted 35 feet.
