ZONING NOTICE
The Doylestown Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Meeting, beginning at 7:00 pm, Thursday, May 21, 2026, in Borough Hall, 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown, PA 18901, to hear the following applications:
For 101 South West Street (Parcel No. 8-8-90) in the CR Residential Zoning District by Elizabeth and Christopher Gilbert, who request a variance from Sections 406 and 502 of the Doylestown Borough Zoning Ordinance to permit a zero front yard setback where 15 ft. is required for the installation of a barrel sauna adjacent to Bunker Street.
For 208 Lacey Avenue (Parcel No. 8-5-142) in the R2 Zoning District by Martina Davidson, who requests a variance from Section 524.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit more than the permitted floor area ratio for a one-story addition to the existing house.
