CITY filed a Complaint for Forfeiture in the Circuit Court, Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida on the 9th day of March 2026, for the purpose of obtaining a Final Order of Forfeiture as to the Subject Currency, upon producing due proof that same was used in violation of Florida Statutes §§932.701-706. In accordance with section 932.704(5)(c), Florida Statutes, all claimants who desire to contest the forfeiture are required to file and serve upon AUSTIN GRAHAM, attorney for the Petitioner, whose address is 401 Clematis Street, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, any responsive pleadings and affirmative defenses and file the original with the Clerk of the above styled Court within 20 days after service of a copy of the Complaint; otherwise, a default may be entered against you.
