Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered April 8, 2026, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at Steuben County Courthouse, 3 East Pulteney Square, Bath, NY 14810 on June 5, 2026 at 11:00AM. Premises known as 4113 County Rt 10, Cameron, NY 14819 a/k/a 4113 County Road 10, Town of Cameron, New York, 14819. Sec 256.13 Block 01 Lot 010.000. All that tract or parcel of land, situate in the Town of Cameron, Steuben County, New York. Approximate Amount of Judgment is $64,844.71 plus interest, fees, and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No E2024-0358CV.
The foreclosure sale will be conducted in accordance with 7th Judicial District's Covid-19 Policies and foreclosure auction rules. The Referee shall enforce any rules in place regarding facial coverings and social distancing. Should the Referee be unable to conduct the sale at the location due to social distancing restrictions, the sale shall occur outside of the building as close to the main entrance of the building as practicable.
