The Broome County Department of Social Services has filed an Neglect Petition against Lenise Deem-Grier in order to have the Family Court of the state of New York determine that she has neglected Scarlett Bush to the extent that the Department of Social Services is seeking to have the Court make a finding that Scarlett Bush is a neglected child pursuant to the New York State Law and have the Court issue an Order of Neglect and Rehabilitative Services for the Respondent while the child remains in Foster Care.
