Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 7:05 PM in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room, Oxford Town Hall, 325 Main Street, Oxford, MA, to consider the variance application of Daniel Remeika Jr for a variance to reduce the required side yard setback from 20 feet to 8 feet and to reduce the requirement stating that at least 90% of the required lot size is not defined as bank, fresh water wetland, marsh, meadow or swamp bordering on any creek, river, stream, pond, or lake, or any land under water to 53.9%. The proposed project is located at 10 George Street, Oxford, MA. The property is located in the R-2 Zoning District. The record information is as follows: Daniel Remeika (owner); Assessor’s Map 45C; Parcel E01; with a deed recorded at the Worcester Registry of Deeds Book 70966; Page 342.
