STROTHER, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND ESTATE OF RHEBE STROTHER ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN   YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: A All that lot of land with improvements thereon, situate, in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, on the South side of Adams Street on which it fronts thirty-nine (39) feet, nine (9) inches, more or less, and extending back southwardly of approximately even width seventy-nine (79) feet, more or less. Bounded: North by Adams Street; East and South by lots, now or formerly of Timothy Lyons and West by lot now or formerly of George N. Kirsch, said property being shown as 840 Adams Street. This is the same property conveyed to Edward and Hattie Dove by Carrie Burley by deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 12 Q’s Page 594.   By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $2,697.98, against property standing in the name of ESTATE OF JOHN U. STROTHER, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND ESTATE OF RHEBE STROTHER ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in June, 2026, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.   This 4th day of May, 2026.   T.
