TO: ESTATE OF CLUESE HENDERSON, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND THE ESTATE OF LIZZIE MAE HENDERSON, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN
YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, on its west side of Harison street, between Dugas Street and Hopkins Street, fronting on said Harison Street a distance of thirty (30) feet, more or less, and extending back between parallel lines a distance of one hundred ten (110) feet, more or less, to an alley. Bounded: On the North by property now or formerly of Champ Toney; on the East by Harison Street; on the South by property now or formerly of David Lockhart; and on the West by an alley. The property is hereby conveyed is designated as No. 1033 Harison Street on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 15 K, Page 104. It was conveyed to Robert Henderson by Warranty Deed of W. T. Edmunds, dated November 20, 1946, and recorded in said Clerk’s Office in Realty Book 16A, Page 18. The improvements thereon are known as 1033 Harison Street.
By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $8,655.86, against property standing in the name of ESTATE OF CLUESE HENDERSON, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN AND THE ESTATE OF LIZZIE MAE HENDERSON, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in June, 2026, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.
