DUNN C/O BERNADETTE WILLIAMS AND ESTATE OF HATTIE LOWE DUNN, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN   YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: All that lot of land in Richmond County, Georgia, fronting on 8th Avenue a distance of 50 Feet and extending back between parallel lines a distance of 125 feet, known and designated at lot #12 on that block numbered 34 on a certain plat of Turpin Hill Subdivision recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Richmond County, Georgia, in deed Book 4C, Pages 772-773, which block is bounded on the West by 8th Avenue and on the East by 7th Avenue and which said lot is bounded on the North by Lot #11 of said block, south by Lot #13 of said block, East by Lot #34 in said block, and West by 8th Avenue.   Also, that lot of land in Richmond County, Georgia, fronting 25 feet on 8th Avenue and running back between parallel lines a distance of 125 feet being the southern one-half of that certain lot known and designated as Lot #11 in the aforesaid block 34 as above described and is shown in that certain plat of Turpin Hill Subdivision recorded in the said Clerk’s Office in Deed Book 4C, Pages 772-773. The property herein conveyed is bounded on the West by 8th Avenue and on the North by the northern half of Lot #11 of said block, East by Lot #35 of said block, and South by Lot #12 of said block.   By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2021, 2022, 2023 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $4,015.48, against property standing in the name of ESTATE MARGARET L. DUNN C/O BERNADETTE WILLIAMS AND ESTATE OF HATTIE LOWE DUNN, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in June, 2026, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.   This 4th day of May, 2026.   T.
