SHERIFF’S LEVY NOTICE STATE OF GEORGIA 073-1-006-00-0 RICHMOND COUNTY   TO: ESTATE OF HANDY JOHNSON, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN   YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: All that lot of land with all improvements thereon, #1105 Kent Street, in Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, fronting Twenty-six and nine-tenths (26.9) feet, more or less, on the North side of said Kent Street, and extending back between parallel lines 75 feet, and being bounded now or formerly: North by Levi Henderson; East by Delaware Moore; South by Kent Street and West by J.B. White & Co., and being the western portion of property conveyed to Grantor by Deed of Hessie Parker, recorded in Book 13-R’s, Page 392.   By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $6,824.48, against property standing in the name of ESTATE OF HANDY JOHNSON, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in June, 2026, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.   This 4th day of May, 2026.   T.
