SHERIFF’S LEVY NOTICE STATE OF GEORGIA 035-2-083-00-0 RICHMOND COUNTY   TO: ESTATE OF ZIMMIE LEE MINOR, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ZIMMIE LEE MINOR JR AND LULA MINOR   YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that I have this day Levied the following described property found in your possession, to-wit: A All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia, fronting a distance of 47 feet on the east side of Lockhart Lane and extending back on its northern boundary 142 feet and on its southern boundary 141.21 feet to a rear width of 47 feet. Said property known as 210-212 Lockhart Lane under the present system of street numbering in Augusta, Georgia, and is designated as Parcel 83 on a plat prepared for William O. Key, Jr. and James R. Key by B.J. Bolender, dated May 3, 1986, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 227, Page 1048. Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description of said property conveyed.   By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $3,110.81, against property standing in the name of ESTATE OF ZIMMIE LEE MINOR, ALL HEIRS KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ZIMMIE LEE MINOR JR AND LULA MINOR in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in June, 2026, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.   This 4th day of May, 2026.   T.
