Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description of the metes, bounds, courses and location of the property.   By virtue of a State, County and School FiFa(s) and/or FiFa(s) for the City of Augusta taxes issued by and through the Tax Commissioner of Richmond County, Georgia for taxes on the property identified above for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $6,500.82, against property standing in the name of ANDRENA MEYERS in favor of Richmond County, Georgia, and that I will proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder the above described property under said FiFa(s) on the FIRST TUESDAY in June, 2026, at the Court House, in the City of Augusta, County and State aforesaid, during the legal hours of sale after having advertised the same according to law.   This 4th day of May, 2026.   T.
