By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, January 16, 2026, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AND DESIGNATED AS LOT NUMBER TWENTY-THREE (23), ON THE FINAL PLAT OF KENNEDY HEIGHTS ESTATES, WHICH IS OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, LOUISIANA, SAID LOT MEASURING 65 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF TABBY AVENUE BY A DEPTH OF 120 FEET BETWEEN EQUAL AND PARALLEL LINES OF 120 FEET, AND MEASURING 65 FEET ACROSS THE REAR, SAID LOT BEING SUBJECT TO A 7.5 FOOT SERVITUDE ACROSS THE REAR.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY FOUR CENTS ($65,303.54) DOLLAR, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
