By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Thursday, February 19, 2026, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREON BELONGING OR ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS OLD HICKORY WOODS AND BEING DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN OF SAID SUBDIVISION, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF SAID PARISH AND STATE, AS LOT NUMBER FORTY-SIX (46), SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH RESTRICTIONS AND SERVITUDES AS SHOWN ON SAID SUBDIVISION MAP AND/OR OF RECORD.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS SUBJECT TO THAT CERTAIN SET OF RESTRICTIONS RECORDED ON APRIL 16, 1980 AT COB 323, PAGE 594, INSTRUMENT NO. 173865 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA. THIS STATEMENT IS NOT INTENDED TO REIMPOSE OR RESTATE SAID RESTRICTIONS BUT TO MAKE PURCHASER AWARE OF SAME.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FOUR HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY CENTS ($442,955.70) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
