By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Tuesday, February 24, 2026, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT PART THEREOF KNOWN AS SUMMERFIELD SOUTH CAMPSITE SUBDIVISION; LOCATED IN SECTION 29, 30, AND 32, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 4 EAST. SOUTHEASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA, DESIGNATED AS LOT 39-B AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST COMER OF LOT 39-A AND PROCEED EAST A DISTANCE OF 515.44 FEET TO A POINT AND COMER; THENCE PROCEED SOUTH 03 DEGREES, 56 MINUTES, 05 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 100.24 FEET TO A POINT AND CORNER; THENCE PROCEED WEST A DISTANCE OF 522.32 FEET TO A POINT AND COMER; AND THENCE PROCEED NORTH A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF COMMENCEMENT; CONTAINING 1.19 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH A MAP OF SURVEY BY WILLARD J. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FIFTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS ($59,564.08) DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
