THAT CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SOUTHEAST LAND DISTRICT EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 83, BAYOU VIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, SECOND FILING, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT ENTITLED “FINAL PLAT BAYOU VIEW ESTATES SECOND FILING, LOCATED IN SECTION 30, T9S, R3E, SOUTHEAST LAND DISTRICT EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, FOR DNT PROPERTIES, L.L.C.,” RECORDED AT THE CLERK AND RECORDER’S OFFICE OF ASCENSION PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS ENTRY NO. 606446.
