Property will be sold in as is condition.
1) A certain lot or tract of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about 35 miles below the City of Thibodaux, Louisiana measuring ninety (90') feet in width and fronting a lane or street by a depth of sixty (60') feet. bounded in front or north by the aforementioned lane or street bounded on south below or in the rear by property of Lawrence Bailleaux. bounded on the east and paralleling line to the Louisiana Public Highway by property of Mrs. Lois Gros Vedros, and bounded on the west and towards the woods by property of Noless Arceneaux Jr., all boundaries being now or formerly said mentioned lot or tract of land situated approximately at a point of 270 feet from Louisiana Public Highway No. 1 Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights ways privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or appertaining.
2) A certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche State of Louisiana on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about 34 miles below the City of Thibodaux Louisiana measuring thirty seven and 67/100 (37.67') feet front or north said front facing Bayou Lafourche by a depth of ninety (90') feet on the east ninety (90') feet on the west and thirty seven and 71/100 (37.71') feet on the south said lot is further described or designated as Lot One (1) consisting of three thousand three hundred ninety two and one tenth (3.392.10 sq ft) square feet on survey plat entitled Plat Showing Property Belonging to Donald A. Collette, III & Gwendolyn V. Collette Being Divided Into Lot Extensions Located in Sections 49, T-17-S R-20-E by Larry J. Picciola Inc. Consulting Engineers & Surveyors Dated March 13, 2000.
Said lot is bounded front or north by property of Lowry Bailleaux south by Lot Two (2) of said plat west by Donald A Collette, III et ux east by estate of Blaise Bailleaux all boundaries now for formerly.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $74348.26 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
