By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 02/24/26, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 06/10/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain tract or lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana. on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche; at a distance of about fifteen (15) miles below the City of Thibodaux, and at about four (4) miles back from Bayou Lafourche. in Subdrainage District No. 3 of Lafourche Drainage District No. 12, more fully shown as LOT FOUR (4) a BLOCK FOUR (4) of DU MAR ESTATES on a survey plat entitled "DU MAR ESTATES Survey Plat Showing Du Mar Estates Being Owned by Tiger Land, Inc. Being in Section 22, T-16-S. R-18-E. Raceland, Louisiana, Lafourche Parish" dated December 14. 1977, and revised June 16. 1978, prepared by Picciola & Associates, Consulting Engineers and Surveyors, and approved by Marco J. PiccioIa, GG, Registered Land Surveyor, a copy of which survey plat was filed for record on August 4. 1978. in Conveyance Book 637, Page 299-304, at Entry Number 477368 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Lot Four (4) of Block Four (4) of Du Mar Estates measures 200.00 feet in width fronting on Magnolia Street by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 200.00 feet. and is bounded in the front or South by Magnolia Street. in the rear or North by property now or formerly belonging to Javy Pertuit. on the East by Lot Three (3) of Block Four (4) of. Du Mar Estates. and on the West by Lot Five (5) of Block Four (4) of Du Mar Estates; together with all the improvements thereon and all rights. ways. privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and including any and all rights, title and interest to that portion of ground lying under Magnolia Street and lying between the front or Southern boundary of Lot Four (4) of Block Four (4) of Du Mar Estates and the centerline of Magnolia Street; subject to restrictions. servitudes. rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $205026.05 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
