By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 03/30/26, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 06/10/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche. State of Louisiana. on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, designated as LOT 1 of CAMILLE PITRE SUBDIVISION on a survey plat entitled "SURVEY PLAT SHOWING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY BELONGING TO CAMILLE C. P1TRE, BEING IN SECTION 18, T-I 6-S, R-19-E" prepared by Angelette Picciola, L.L.C., dated November 7, 2012, approved by the Lafourche Parish Planning Commission on June12, 2013, and filed on June 13, 2013, under Entry No. 1157920 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana; said lot having the dimensions as shown on said plat of survey, and is bounded to the front by LA Hwy 1, to the rear by Remaining Property of Camille C, Pitre, to the north by property of Marion Holden (now or formerly), and to the south by separate properties of Lake View Plantation Subdivision, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining

A certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche, Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, about twenty (20) miles below the City of Thibodaux, measuring one (1) acre, more or less, front, by a depth of forty (40) acres, with the side lines closing proportionately as they recede and in accordance with the lines of a larger tract of land of which it was formerly a portion; bounded above by land now or formerly of Mrs. Julie Rivet and below by land now or formerly of Edward Levert. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
LESS & EXCEPT:
A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at approximately twenty (20) miles below the City of Thibodaux, Louisiana and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southeast corner of a lot owned by Camille C. Pitre, which point, is the intersection of the western right of way of the Louisiana Highway 1 and Lot 1 belonging to Camille C. Pitre, then proceeding at a bearing of South 82 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 700.00 feet to a point, which shall be designated as the "POINT OF BEGINNING."
Starting from said "POINT OF BEGINNING" and proceeding at a bearing of South 82 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 5728.92 feet to a point
Thence proceeding at a bearing of North 30 degrees 57 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 206.43 feet to a point, Thence proceeding at a bearing of North 82 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 5811.09 feet to a point, Thence proceeding at a bearing of South 07 degrees. 29 minutes 54 seconds East for a distance of 189.38 feet to a point, designated as the "POINT OF BEGINNING."
Said property is shown on a map prepared by Angelette-Picciola, LLC, for the Camille Pitre Subdivision dated 11-7-12 and titled "Survey plat showing the subdivision of property belonging to Camille C. Pitre, Being in Section 18, T-I 6-S, R-19-E, Lockport, Louisiana, Lafourche Parish."
Said property is bounded to the north by property of Marion Holden (now or
formerly), to the east by property of Camille C. Pitre, to the south be separate properties of Lake View Estate and to the west by the Forty Arpent Canal.
Which has the address of 5384 Highway 1, Raceland, LA 70394.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $375083.35 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
