PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD NOTICE South Dakota Housing, in partnership with the Governor's Office of Economic Development, has released the 2026 Annual Action Plan and draft allocation plans for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Housing Tax Credit (HTC), Housing Trust Fund (HTF), Housing Opportunity Fund (HOF), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs for public comment. The Annual Action Plan outlines how an estimated $12.5 million in U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding will be used for housing and community development.
