NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Whitestown Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold a Public Hearing during the regular meeting at the Whitestown Town Hall, 8539 Clark Mills Rd, Whitesboro, NY at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 to consider the applications of the following two Applicants:
Vladimir Brutsky located at 5130 Westmoreland Road, Whitesboro. The Applicant is proposing to construct a 42 X 56 pole barn to be used for storage. The request was denied due to exceeding the allowable 15 foot height maximum for an accessory building (as per Town Regulation §200-26.B Accessory Buildings - Height). Parcel is zoned R-100.
Chante Emerson located at 11 Briarcliff Avenue, Whitesboro. The Applicant is proposing to construct a 24 X 13 addition to her home to include a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The request was denied due to exceeding the allowable lot coverage of 20% (as per Town Regulation §200-25 Schedule A). Parcel is zoned R-80 (Residential).
