LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 11, and Chapter 40B, Section 21, notice is hereby given that the Town of Clinton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday May 27, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Chamber Room, Clinton, Massachusetts, regarding an application from BigDaddy Realty Trust LLC, 2964 Limpet Ct. Indialantic, FL, 32903, for a comprehensive permit under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40B, for property located at 23 Coyne Street in Clinton, Massachusetts. The proposed project consists of 24 3-bedroom townhomes. The project site is further identified on Assessors Map 122 as Parcel 2963. Interested parties may review copies of the application and accompanying plans and documents at the Clinton Town Clerk's Office, Clinton Town Hall, 242 Church Street, Clinton, Massachusetts, during regular business hours. Any person wishing to be heard should be present in person at said time before the Board.
