The Complaint requests that the Court issue an order finding that the Plaintiff has the first and best lien in the amount of all delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and interest having accrued on the real property subject to this action, 79 Georgian Drive, Etna, OH 43068, known as Parcel Number 010-019914-00.000. The Complaint further requests that the Court issue an order that such lien be foreclosed and the subject real property be sold by the Sheriff. Finally, the Complaint requests that the Plaintiff recover all costs of this action.
