NOTICE OF SALE SHERIDAN AVENUE PROPERTIES
Notice is hereby given that on May 28, 2026, the Board of Education, City of Peoria School District No. 150, will sell the real estate described below by public sale by sealed bids, which will be accepted until 10:30 am on Thursday, May 28, 2026, by the Chief Financial Officer, Mick Willis, at the School District No. 150 Administration Building at 3202 N. Wisconsin Avenue, Peoria, IL 61603. The bids will be opened at the District 150 Administration Building on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 11:00am. The real estate is described as follows:
Parcel 1:
Lots 17 and 18 in Block 10 in EAST CLARENDON; situate, lying and being in the City of Peoria, County of Peoria and State of Illinois.

Lot 19 in Block 10 in EAST CLARENDON, a Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 8 North, Range 8 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, situate, lying and being in the County of Peoria and State of Illinois;

The sale will be made on the following terms: The auction sale shall be with a minimum bid. All parcels will be sold combined as a single unit.
The auction sale is open to the general public. Bids shall be submitted by a sealed bid that will be opened at the time and date set forth above. The public or bidders may attend the bid opening. Any party that timely delivered a sealed bid to the District and is present at the bid opening will be allowed to submit additional bids after the sealed bids are opened.
The property will be available for inspection until five days before the bid acceptance date, by appointment only.
Bid packages are available that contain additional information about the auction sale, a bid submission form, title documents, and information about the property. Bid packages and appointments for physical inspection of the property and other information can be obtained by calling in advance to Mick Willis, Ph: 309-672-6735 at District 150, 3202 North Wisconsin Ave., Peoria, IL 61603. The real estate will be sold as-is.
The successful bidder shall pay a deposit of ten percent of the purchase price by cash or certified check immediately after the bid is accepted. The balance must be paid at closing. Upon being notified that the District has accepted the bid, the successful bidder must sign a memorandum of sale setting forth the terms of the sale. A Seller may also submit its proposed form of sale contract with the bid that, if accepted by the District, will be used as the sale contract. The Board of Education, City of Peoria School District No. 150, reserves the right to change any of the terms of this sale by an announcement, written or oral, made before or during the auction sale, and to accept or reject all bids submitted.
