LEGAL NOTICE Public Hearing Notice   In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Carver Zoning by Law, the Carver Planning Board will hold a public hearing on   May 26, 2026 at 7:00 PM In the Carver Town Hall, Meeting Room #1   On the application of Federal Furnace Road Solar 1, LLC. requesting a Special Permit and Site Plan Review pursuant to Section 290-2-2.3 and 290-5-3 of the Carver Zoning By Law, located at 0 Ward Street and 0 South Meadow Road in Carver, MA (Assessor’s Map 114 Lots 2-0 & 2-C) in the Residential Agricultural (RA) Zoning District.   The applicant is proposing the construction, installation and operation of a solar array including floating, dual-use and canal canopy arrays within an existing active cranberry agricultural operation.   Any persons interested and wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
