NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Monterey County Office of Education (hereinafter referred to as “MCOE”) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the award of a contract for:
RFP 26-001 Grocery, Paper & Supplies, Produce and
Dairy Products for Early Learning Program
Bidders must submit bids on or before 2:00 PM on June 5, 2026, electronically through the online MCOE’s Procurement Portal at https://montereycoe.bonfirehub.com/ until 2:00 PM on June 5, 2026. Each Bidder must ensure it receives an electronic receipt from the online vendor portal. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the Bidder. The MCOE is not responsible for Proposals that are received after the deadline noted above.
Each Proposal must conform to and be responsive to all pertinent proposal and contract documents. RFP documents may be obtained from the online MCOE’s Procurement Portal https://montereycoe.bonfirehub.com. Vendors must register for an account, at no cost, to access details, download forms, and for submission of proposals.
All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on May 22, 2026, to the online MCOE’s Procurement Portal https://montereycoe.bonfirehub.com.
The MCOE reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding, and to award a contract or contracts for the furnishing of the items described above.
No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the date set for the opening of proposals.
