NOXIOUS WEEDS ORDINANCE 79-102 CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF RAISIN PUBLIC NOTICE MOWING GRASS/WEEDS Section 5.3: If the provisions of Section 5.1 and 5.2 are not complied with, and if any weeds, grass, or other vegetation and described in Section 5.2 are permitted to attain a height of eight (8) inches on any property described therein, the Supervisor may cause such weeds, grass, or other vegetation to be removed or destroyed and the actual cost of such cutting, removal, or destruction, plus One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or fifteen per cent (15%), whichever is greater for inspection, scheduling, administration, billing, and other costs in connection therewith, shall be collected as a Special Assessment against premises as provided in Section 2.4 of this Ordinance.
