By Virtue of Writ of Seizure and Sale to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.
THAT PORTION OF LOT "C", PLOT 151 BROADMOOR SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, FRONTING ON ALBERT AVENUE AND HAVING A 100 FOOT DEPTH ON THE EAST LINE OF LOT "C" AND HAVING A 111.5 FOOT DEPTH ON THE WEST LINE OF LOT "C" AND HAVING A STRAIGHT LINE FOR THE REAR BOUNDARY, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED THEREON, BEING MUNICIPALLY KNOWN AS 450 ALBERT AVENUE, SHREVEPORT, LA. 71105 ("PROPERTYU").
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
